Also, your Pre-Scan adjustments in the Scanning software would also be useful and not just the used Resolution but please include all used settings. It would be helpful if you would provide details as to which is the original scanned image as well as what type adjustments have you applied after the Scan. However, the 2nd image has entirely too much of a Yellow Cast for all parts of the image. I shouldn't comment without added details.
